Chris uses his experience and knowledge of Sport Psychology to provide consultancy services to both teams and individuals, of any level. He offers individual, one-on-one, consultancy services along with team sessions in the form of seminars and workshops.
 
Chris will initially explore the specific needs of any individual or team with which he is working to allow him to tailor his work to your individual situation. This lets Chris put effective strategies in place to help you improve your performance, and to make sure these improvements are maintained in the long term.

Injury Rehabilitation
 
 
Injury often goes beyond the physical damage. Chris can help you manage the psychological impact an injury can have, helping you deal with the rehabilitation process.
